WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally ship all orders in 1-3 working days

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes or holidays which are out of our control.

Typically orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Delays are expected especially due to the worldwide pandemic.

If you have not received your order after 6 weeks contact us so we could check the parcel!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. You can click on that tracking number! If you did not receive this email, please email  info@carfanszone.com

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Most likely yes! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide!

As of 2020.02.11, we have stopped delivering to, Oman, Lebanon and Africa due to long travel times and many lost parcels

On 2020.08.07 deliveries to Kuwait has been disabled temporarily because these post offices do not accept registered parcels at the moment. We hope to restore shipping to these countries once the pandemic will slow down
