WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your order!

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the order at info@carfanszone.com

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn or altered in any way and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. 

Car Fans Zone offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Custom design products are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@carfanszone.com using the e-mail address used to order the item.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.) 

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
