WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 14 days from delivery of the last item at info@carfanszone.com

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn or altered in any way and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. 

Car Fans Zone offers a full refund.

Custom design products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The shipment protection fee is also not refunded.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@carfanszone.com using the e-mail address used to order the item. Or use the self-service function here: https://account.carfanszone.com , and we will reach out to you.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.) 

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
